my friend's pug has an elongated palate and probably needs surgery; but definitely needs to be seen by a specialist.....in seattle.

anyone have any recommendations?

My friend that just moved out there doesn't know the area well enough yet.
What I would do is contact Seattle Pug Rescue. I'm sure they would be able to recommend someone.
